BAYREP is arranging a property tour and presentation along with co-hosts at Washington Mills Building No. 1, a recently converted historic industrial mill building in Lawrence that is opening for residential occupancy in September 2007. The presentation and tours will be led by members of the development team, who will provide insights into the development process and answer questions regarding historic preservation efforts, financing issues, construction details, and general property and project management.

Following the presentation will be a mixer with free appetizers and cash bar at Marco's Restaurant located across the canal from the Washington Mills building at One Mill Street, Lawrence, MA 01840.

Getting to Lawrence - transportation options:
-  Located about 0.6 miles from the Lawrence commuter rail station on the Haverhill commuter rail line.  Train departs from North Station at 3 PM or 4:25 PM.
